All Active Members of the Junior League of Chicago are responsible to complete the following by May 31 of each year: 1. Pay Annual Dues (due May 1 for the fiscal year that begins June 1 of that same year) 2. Complete 1 Placement. Serve on a JLC committee, community project or interest group and complete a “Contract for Volunteer Service” committing to specific accomplishments for that year’s placement. 3. Complete 3 Training Credits. Attend or participate in any 3 approved training sessions (Done-in-a-Day projects, General meeting, JLCU or Area Meeting) during the fiscal year (June 1 – May 31). 4. Complete 2 Development Credits: Donate $100 to the Annual Fund Purchase one ticket to Summer Soiree, Gazebo Holiday Market or Windy City Nights OR purchase two tickets to A Family Affair* Purchase a case of cookbooks Solicit $500 worth of silent auction/raffle donations for Summer Soiree, Gazebo Holiday Market, Windy City Nights or A Family Affair Solicit $250 cash donation Sell raffle tickets equal to $200 in value for Summer Soiree, Gazebo Holiday Market, Windy City Nights or A Family Affair Work a fundrasing volunteer shift Secure a $400 ad in topics
*One ticket per event per member.
